Hi, I'm Tara, welcome to SOLALUNA Wellness.

With over 35 years of practice, my foundation is rooted in Vinyasa yoga: mindful movement guided by breath. This connection invites freedom in the body and teaches us to honour exactly where we are. Just as no two days are ever the same, neither is our practice.

Always a student first, my purpose is to guide you toward wellness.

A qualified yoga teacher since 2009, it was my own experience with cancer that deepened my commitment to the power of connection, mindfulness, and intentional movement and the understanding that every day is different. SOLALUNA Wellness was born from that shift, a practice dedicated to bringing wellness full circle, and to an approach that truly meets you where you are.

Specialising in wellness for active adults seeking balance, I bridge the space between where you are and where you want to be. Whether you're gently reintroducing movement into your life, maintaining your health, or curious to try something new, each class is shaped around your goals, weaving meditative movement and nourishing rituals for both body and mind.
